The hotel was impressive. the staff was helpful. - It had an excellent location by the mountains. - the room was big and luxurious with a beautiful view. - the food was great with a good choice of dishes on the menu. - the stay was amazing.

Location: the hotel was really close to the Sniezka mountain and whole Karkonosze as well as the nearest restaurant. Also, we saw The Wild Waterfall, based just a short stroll away from the venue. The breakfast was savoury, the pool area was nice.

Great facilities and activities for families and kids. the hotel had a swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and even ponies to see. the food was delicious and I would definitely recommend going for the full board option. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Vang stave church and the chair lift to Kopa mountain. Plus, the views of the mountains from the hotel were breathtaking.

There were some issues with soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, which could be bothersome if they were loud.
